Troy Auto & Truck Repair

Friendly service. I have a newer vehicle so the part took some time(5-6 days) to get to the shop. Once there, it was done in no time! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because when I picked up my truck, the entire driver seat and door was soaked. I'm hoping the doors electrical workings won't be affected later, but at least the inside did not smell like a body shop. Overall, Tiffani(sorry for spelling) was great, the tow service men were wonderful, and the part was on and ready for pick-up in record time!

The other day I used AAA, and they sent a gentlemen from Troy Auto. His name was Tony. They are very personable. Everyone I dealt with was extreme polite and courteous, from Tony all the way through to the gentlemen that called me, in the evening, to see if I was satisfied. I will recommend to family and friends. Good job.

By far the best and friendliest tow company in the area. I broke down at work and I had my wife call some places for me. Troy Auto Care was the only place that was not rude to her. The price was very reasonable and the service was fast. The driver was awesome and he could take my card so I didn't need to find an ATM. Hope I don't need a tow any time soon but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

What can I say? These guys are incredible. The owners take their business extremely seriously and taking care of their customers, both retail and fleet, is their priority. I have had the pleasure of knowing Donnie and Frank for over a decade and they have done nothing but amazing things to help my repair shop. Donnie, Kristie, Frank and the crew — thank you so much for your YEARS of service and towing literally HUNDREDS of cars for us and our customers without a single problem. Our staff & customers love you guys.

Great customers service at the front desk and I'm always getting exactly what I need done to my car! The owners are amazing people as well! I don't know much if anything about cars and being a young woman I know I can trust them to get exactly what is needed done to my car and nothing unnecessary.
