Great service! I trust this shop with my car and my family. I can not recommend this place to enough people. My friends are tired of hearing me rave about the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff. I'll be bringing my cars here for service forever!

Fair pricing and prompt service; I've been consistently happy with them over the past 5 or 6 years that I've been going to Metro25. I've had oil changes, exhaust repairs, plus brakes and tires on a couple different cars.

Great service done fast, honest staff and overall an amazing experience at a time that should have been dreadful. I had a issue with my truck and had tried two other 'shops' and the only results were a dent in my wallet at three days wasted. At my wits end and a few hundred dollars less in my pocket I went to metro-25 on a recommendation from a friend. They got me in and out quickly. They checked the alignment and found it indeed was fine and discovered I had two bad tires that pulled to the right. They put the two bad tires on the back and in the end there was no charge which made me feel guilty because it seems everyone else just wants money with or without results. They even discovered a oil leak I plan on having them resolve. I am amazed at their honesty and generosity and there is no price I could pay for service like that. What they have done for me is priceless and made me a new customer.

This place is great! Been dealing with Scott for a long time, he's always honest and informative about what's going on and what needs to be done. He takes great pride in his business so you always get amazing service! I'll always bring all my cars here and recommend anyone to trust them with their vehicles.

Scott has been my go to guy for many years when I've needed repairs on my vehicles. This location is convenient, friendly, and best of all they won't sell you something you don't need. They service every type of vehicle from my Honda CVR to semi trucks and motor homes. They provide a sitting room and a conference room for those professionals and students like myself to be able to continue your work while you wait. Or you can enjoying playing on your phone with their free Wi Fi or enjoy some TV while you wait. Ladies, you will be in good hands.

I used a Groupon to receive an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment which I was asked the model and make of my car. When I walked in the day of my appointment, I again stated the model and make of my car. After a half hour of waiting I was then informed that my car takes a special type of oil and would need to pay an additional $30. With being a woman and having numerous experiences with car places ripping me off, I called my father to make sure this wasn't occurring again. He guided me to take my car some place else. The problem came with the men at Auto and Truck Repair already taking the oil out of my car assuming I was going to pay them this extra amount. I was then told I needed to look at my owners manual and check what type of oil my car needs. I also was told I needed to sign a piece of paper which was very rudely stated how I called my dad and how I being an adult chose to go with what my father suggested. I found this place completely unprofessional and feel a man would have NEVER been treated this way. I did look at my owners manual which stated regular oil is fine to use and I can use the synthetic oil next time. Also, you'd think with so much experience, these men would know ahead of time what type of oil certain cars take, and ask a customer what direction they would like to take before taking the oil out of their car.I will never go to this place again and would never recommended them to anyone, especially females.

I found them on groupon and I was needing an oil change anyways so I thought why not. First off, Scott was very professional and walked me through everything and never tried to push me into getting anything I didn't need. The entire staff was very friendly and courteous and I felt very welcomed. I had a rather embarrassing accident (which I don't care to retell) but Scott was so nice and sweet that I didn't feel foolish at all. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will definitely come back, as well as tell all my friends and family to go there. If you're looking for an honest down to earth mechanic shop that will treat you with the utmost respect and not try to sell you unnecessary services then look no further, this is THE place to go.

We needed to have my daughters car towed to our home after an accident. We called our insurance and they selected Troy Auto Care to come out with a flat bed and pick it up in Warren. Within one hour the driver arrived. He was so nice, and super funny. Made a hectic day much better. We appreciated the prompt response and the nice driver.:) I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Troy Auto Care for several years now. We've had everything from transmissions, brakes and A/C systems worked on, along with regular tune-ups and getting new tires. They are awesome! The technician Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, as well as the 2 owners, Frank & Donnie. We have complete confidence in them when we leave our cars there. They are always timely in getting our services done and getting our car back on the road as soon as possible. They have exceptional customer service - very responsive! We highly recommend them!

Went in here based upon a Groupon offer for brakes. Called in the a.m. for an approx. estimate with the Groupon deal and went in same day for the fix. Dealt w/Scott who was incredibly helpful, accommodating, super friendly, and knowledgeable. My experience there was 100% satisfaction with no issues whatsoever. The work was performed expeditiously that morning with quality workmanship at a price far better than other places in the area. I recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs for a fair price. I will definitely be back, for oil changes for sure, and any other repairs that are needed. Fingers crossed though they are not major!
