My service has always been great. I have been a happy customer for 5+ years. Not only will they fix your vehicle, but they will take the time to explain anything you don't understand and will let you know how it effects the longevity of your vehicle.

On the Labor Day holiday, our old minivan could not start. After we called, AAA explained that it is different service for jump start or for towing. With two different vehicles, I still could not jump start the minivan; my guess was that the starter motor was bad. So, we requested a towing service instead of jump start service. AAA told us that Troy Auto Care will contact us soon and send a towing truck to us. After a short wait, Troy Auto Care called and told us that the towing truck will arrive within 30 minutes. After about 25 minutes, Troy Auto Care towing truck showed up. The technician, Mark, tried to start the minivan and suggested that the battery is low; it just needs a jump start. He, then, took a jump box from the truck and started the minivan in a second. It ended up with no towing. Mark is knowledge, courteous, friendly and helpful. We really appreciate Mark and Troy Auto Care’s help. *************************************************************************** 10/15/2018 We had a dead battery the second time recently (the second car). We called AAA to request a jump-start assistance. Troy Auto Care was dispatched again. They came within half an hour. Dillon came to our rescue this time. He was courteous, pleasant and knowledge. This is the second time we were with Troy Auto Care. They are always prompt, polite, considerate and helpful. We strongly recommend Troy Auto Care. By the way, AAA service was outstanding as well.

Great service!!!!! Went in for an oil change, came out with new installed wiper blades and a free break check. Fast, affordable, and great staff!!!!

Update in 10/30/2018: After few weeks of driving, my car started to make strange noises again!!!! I drove the car to another repair shop and checked it out. It was from my left rear wheel. It was the one they broke at the time. Because of THEIR MISTAKE, it leads to my present rear hub bearing needs to replace. Cost me almost $500 to replace it. Once again, I sincerely warn others. PLEASE BEWARE OF THEIR CARELESS IF YOU TREASURE YOUR CAR!!!! Aug 2018 I had an UNSATISFIED experience. THEY PUT ONLY ONE LUG NUT ON MY CAR'S WHEEL!!!!!! I went to Troy Auto Care to change my rear brake pads and rotors. After that, I leave and I drove a few miles I started to feel some vibration and noise. I thought it was my underbody shield fall off until someone beeping and yelling at me said: “Your wheel is almost fall off.” I pull over and I capture this. The mechanic only put ONE lug nut on my left rear wheel !! I call them immediately then they sent a tow truck to pick up my car back to the shop. They put the screws back and told me "You are all set." I not asking for a compensation for this matter. However, I think they should do something for me. I have not heard an apology from the beginning to end. I am very disappointed. For them it was just a careless mistake, for me it would cause me seriously injured. Since I bought this car, all my maintenance and repairs have been done here, they've been doing well until this happened. Their manage promise to give me answer after she check the monitor. NOW, IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MASSAGE, EMAIL OR PHONE CALL!!!!!!!!!
