Their honest, reliable work gives me true peace of mind knowing my car is in trustworthy hands. I have been coming to Troy Auto Care for about 10 years. Initially at the 1st shop and the II opened which is closer. Both shops have given excellent service. I got to know Jeremy who was Always Great! And now Kristi and Rachael who are so kind and patient with me. I believe that they Only fix what Must be fixed. There when I need them like just recently when my battery completely died and I needed to get to the airport the next morning for a flight.

Efficient friendly service trustworthy. I want to make sure things are done correctly.

The team was great and acknowledged my concerns. Got them repaired in a timely manner, they had fresh coffee, teas, wifi, price was cheaper then in my own area.

Derek was excellent. Quick to contact us on his arrival time and requested info on what the issue was. Arrived on his estimated time <10 mins and tried few things to get issue resolved and went above and beyond. Very helpful in a very stressful situation and appreciated his care and concern and clear troubleshooting ideas. Definitely will use this company in the future. Great follow up with dispatcher on the tow I needed in the end making it seamless for me.

On Saturday while driving north on John R in Troy .the studs on my right rear wheel broke and the tire came off. Fortunately, my daughter who was driving sensed an oncoming emergency. We thought flat tire, and pulled into the right turn space of a neighborhood. The vehicle came to a stop and the tire came off and rolled through the neighborhood at high speed. Fortunately, we were in a safe place and the tire did not do damage to people or property. My daughter called AAA and they sent a tow truck from Troy Auto Care. The driver, Daniel, was superb. My daughter rolled the tire back to the car. Daniel put it in place enough to tow the car up on the truck. His competence in handling this procedure was excellent. What I really want to commend is his thoughtfulness. I was still in the car (89 year-old lady) with my 60 year old daughter with disabilities. My daughter who had called AAA was outside with Daniel. She called an UBER to take us on our way. Daniel said he would wait until we were safely in the UBER. Fortunately, the UBER arrived when he was ready to tow the car. So we left together. We went on to lunch and he took my car safely to the Subaru Dealer in Ferndale. What could have been a nightmare is now a story we enjoy sharing about your terrific employee. He will be forever remembered. If you had a ten star rating, I would give it.

I love going to this Troy Auto Car2. The people there and the Care you receive are fantastic. Kindness and caring are beautiful. Rachel and the repair people are wonderful and caring as well and knowledgeable. They give explanation of what is to be done and what was done. Prices are very fair into days market.

I had auto service performed twice now over the last month. Dan has worked with me and has provided excellent service and honesty. I highly recommend this location.
