This was one of the most unprofessional and disturbing interactions I’ve ever had with someone representing a service company. A driver responding to an accident in front of our home dumped vehicle debris onto our property without permission, using our garbage cans as if they were public equipment. At no point did he ask, explain, or show the slightest consideration for the homeowners whose property he was affecting. When my wife tried to address the situation, he immediately escalated to aggressive, hostile language and an intimidating demeanor. It was unsafe enough for the police to be called. While we waited for them to arrive, he directed the same behavior toward me. Troy Auto Transport on Stephenson Hwy is confrontational, disrespectful, and completely devoid of professionalism. Accidents happen. Cleanup is part of the job. Treating nearby residents like obstacles instead of people is a choice. This company’s driver showed zero accountability, zero restraint, and zero basic decency. If this is how they represent themselves in public, I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle or their safety.

After reviewing the call details, speaking with the driver, and checking the truck footage, we can confirm that it was not our company that placed the accident debris into your garbage cans. We understand how it may have appeared that way since our driver was on scene at the time, but the debris was not placed there by our team. Please know that we do not condone any form of unprofessional behavior. Your comments were addressed with the driver when you spoke with management at the shop. His response at the scene was based on safety concerns, which are always our top priority, as well as being accused. Again the higher management did a follow up and discussed it again.
