Great service!

Everything was as promised. All my repair issues were resolved. They listen to my problems and resolved them. Automobile was finished sooner than promised. Staff was outstanding.. its very refreshing now days to find such a shop. There was no attempt to oversell me for nothing. After a diagnostic, an estimate was provided by text message. I approved the repairs and the car was fixed. Great job.

This place is so inconsiderate and over priced. They refused to tow my car to another shop because they wanted me to pay a price that was $360 higher than every other shop. I never wanted my car towed here in the first place. I put the request in for AAA and they have a towing that’s AAA approved so they basically called and asked me to tow to this shop which was the worse thing I could have ever done. The inconvenience caused by this shop is diabolical they wouldn’t even answer the phone and they kept lying to AAA dispatch. Please at all cost avoid this shop and towing company!!!!!!

Initially I had a not so great experience with the company. However, I have to give credit where it's due. Adam from the company reached out and turned my entire experience around. He took the time to listen to my concerns, offered a fair and satisfactory resolution, and maintained open communication throughout. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making things right, and he assured me that my car was in good hands. Adam's professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue gave me confidence in the company. I hope they continue to prioritize customer service in the future. Thank You Adam for all your help. I will use Troy Auto transport on the future if needed.

I called in to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, etc., and was able to get in two hours later! They took my car in right away while I waited in their quiet comfortable lounge watching tv and reading.

Their pricing is incredibly fair, and they always go out of their way to find the best deals for me. I never feel pressured or taken advantage of, which is such a relief. The team, especially the mostly female receptionists, are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I cant rave enough about how grateful I am to have found a place I can trust. Knowing I have a reliable go-to shop whenever I need it is priceless. Highly recommend!
