My car battery was giving me hard time, so decided to purchase a new one. I called AAA and i made a appointment for the next day. I got a technician from Troy Auto,who came and replaced my battery whit a new one. The technician ask me about my email address so they can send me the work invoice, but they never sent it to me. And i called AAA inquiring about my receipt and they connected me to Troy Auto for this matter. They were rude and telling me to call back AAA. After couple hours Troy Auto sent just a basic receipt from my credit card charge, no work invoice. Very disappointed about the way i was treated.
