The place was clean and had great service. I was in and out in 45 minutes for an oil change. I would highly recommend it.

My husband's truck's battery died. I called AAA and they sent someone from this shop. Brian tested the battery, they noticed the battery was bad (which is interesting because we had another shop replace the battery last year..shame). He was very polite and nice. Once the truck worked, I took it to the shop. When I walked in, I was greeted with a warm temperature (it's cold and January), free wi-fi and laptops, coffee, water, and an extremely polite young man at the desk. He called me man, smiled, introduced himself, and even shook my hand. He couldn't have been older than 17. Come to find out, he is the owner's son! They quickly replaced my battery and windshield wipers and I was out of the shop in 35 minutes. I'll definitely bring my husband's truck again for future service!

Recently needed car fixed there. When I asked for a detailed estimate via email, (there were a lot of things that needed repair) They say they would email it to me but never did. They even asked for an email address when I dropped off the car. In addition, I did not get a call after dropping my car off for 4 days. I know they can be busy, how about a call to say "hey, We havent gotten to your car yet but we will. We are a little backed up" I had to call to find out that they didnt get to it yet after 4 days. When the estimate finally came out a WEEK later, it was more than what the car is worth. Now that is not their issue. It just happens that my car needed a lot of work. However, when I asked them if I could just get the absolutely vital repairs done so I can drive the vehicle and not break the bank, they said the would call me back to let me know. They never did. This review is critiquing their customer service. Not the actual repair work. They do good work. I used them before. But after this experience I looked elsewhere. I found another repair shop that got my car up and running with 1/3 of the cost and I am very happy with that. If you read all of this, I thank you and my hats off to you. I am a working father, writing reviews is the least important thing on my to do list. But I felt so strongly about this that I have to get this off my chest and give this information for others to consider.

Great service at reasonable prices. They do it all! I needed a repair to my truck and they did it in less than 2 hours. I was impressed. Any other company would have taken much longer at a higher cost. Thanks for the great service over the years. I will continue to use this company for all my truck needs.

These people are a rare find. They do what they say they will when they say they will. I was amazed with their honesty and straight forward work ethic. If you need automotive work in the Troy Michigan area check them out first. They are the best.

I had my rear control arm snap pulling into a parking lot. I called Troy Auto Care for a tow and they were the best price. A young guy named Josh came to help us and got our car (with only three rotating wheels) towed. I later went into TAC for an oil change for another car because of my relieved towing experience. They had a great deal under 20 bucks total on Saturdays for a full service oil change. I'm now considering them for tire installation. Don quotes me for anything over the phone and so far they've won my business for all my auto services.

Horrible. Needed a tow, eta 2pm, actual arrival 2am! The guy tells me I have 5 minutes to meet him, he's not waiting (even though I waited for him all day!) worst customer service ever!!!!

After using other guys for 30 years, I decided to change because I felt they were over charging, so I came to Troy Auto Care.....Best experience ever. They did the job, reasonably, and were cheeful, and courteous and were cheaper than 2 other quotes. We have 4 cars and will use them from now on! Thanks a bunch!

I have taken my car to Troy Auto Care several times. Each time, they repaired my car quickly for a reasonable price. They even made minor repairs (tightening wipers, re-attaching a loose mirror) without a charge. They have never recommended unnecessary repairs. I recommend Troy Auto Care!

I took my car to Troy Auto Care after a closer shop gave me an outrageously high estimate. They pointed out that the other shop was wrong about the real problem, then they were able to fix both that problem, and another that I suspected, for about a quarter of what the other shop wanted. This is a very honest establishment!
