Troy Auto & Truck Repair

I get nervous when I bring my cars in anywhere. Im going to say this, if there is a more honest and customer service oriented auto care buisness in Detroit metro I havent found it. jeremy the mech, told me the way it was and what I needed. Thats what I wanted. The truth. My two sons were home on leave from the military and I needed my front end struts done like quick. Troy Autocare saved me. The cost was lowest around and the expertise was the best. I just cant say enough good about Donnie the owner and jeremy and the rest of the guys there. This dispatcher was awesome cool! Looks like an air traffic control center in the dispatch room. While I was waiting the dispatcher took the time to show me what they do everyday,,all day. very happy

I had to get a tow during the terrible storm this week. I called aaa and they sent troy auto care. While it took a long time to get a tow due to the weather, Jake made sure my husband and I as well as our car made it safely to our destination despite the flooding. We are so thankful they helped us to safety.

Arctic Vortex. Today was likely the biggest day for the roadside services industry in a decade and my insurance provider was ready when I called at 7am with a dead battery. I got a text message shortly thereafter confirming a 3:30 appt with a driver from Troy Auto Care and was only slightly disappointed they no called/no showed. I called Troy Auto for an update and was assured they would be by at 4:30. Another no call/no show at 4:30 and follow up call led to another scheduling commitment for 5:30. I was on the phone with their dispatcher at 6 when I missed a called from their driver trying to confirm I still needed the jump. The dispatcher refused to provide any status whatsoever and when I called back with the info from the voicemail, the dispatcher confirmed he was in route but wouldn't provide an ETA. At 6:30, I called and the dispatcher let me know the driver had cleared the service request without completing it and that I needed to contact roadside assistance to reschedule. Another service provider thank fully had me up and running 1.5 hours later. I would not count on Troy Auto Care to deliver on their commitments.

Troy Auto Care (unlike Google Plus) is awesome. They fixed 2 problems on my car for a great price and one of them I did not even mention. They treat you right and not like a moran or engineer. I highly recommend them. They are the best repair shop I have probably ever used. I had another one I used to like but it is closed now and I knew the owner.

My car broke down the other day on I75. I googled auto shops in the area and found Troy Auto Care. I am really glad I found them!! I didn't have a long wait for towing. . .which made my daughter very happy!! They checked out my car problem the first thing on Monday morning and it was repaired before 430 even with ordering the part!! Office is open until 10 pm to pick up repaired cars so I was able to pick up my car around 8 pm. Everyone at the office and on the phone were very courteous to me. The price I paid was better than the price I was quoted from my usual repair shop. I would highly recommend Troy Auto Care and return to them for any auto work needed.

I had a "raddle" in my car. I took it to the dealer they were unable to repair it. I went to Auto and Truck, they fixed it!! Gave me excellent and timely service. The people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent repair facility. Ron and Jessie are very professional and courteous. I take all my commercial (and personal) vehicles there for regular service and special needs. They are able to fix most of my issues or will recommend a specialist if warranted.

When I originally came across this company our interaction was less than perfect, but since then they have not only rectified the problem we had in the beginning, they have gone above and beyond to help me. Jeremy is a wonderful guy, I don't want to take my car anywhere else now. Thanks you guys, stay awesome :)
