Great customer service very friendly and looks out for customers. I know if you are looking for a place to go this is the BEST. Very family oriented too😀😄

I called in because i got a flat tire and they told me that they would be there within 50 to 60 minutes guaranteed eta, however, they arrived two hours later. I am very disapointed with this company and will never trust them with servicing me in the future.

My husbands son car broke down, after trying to fix it we had to have it towed. Troy Auto Care picked it up within an hour and said they'd call us in the morning after they took a look at it. 7:15 am they called me stating the issue. A few hours later they called with an update. By noon the car was finished! Great customer service!! Highly recommended! Price was reasonable and they also waived the towing fee. Thank you!!

My car wouldn't start. They figured out why and fixed it. They were a pleasure to deal with and got me in and out of there very quickly. I've been to a few different places and felt the best about this one. Very straightforward on the level with you. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Utilized my AAA benefits and they sent Jacob from Troy Auto Transport to tow my car to the closest Walmart. Jacob was kind, courteous, and polite. He was also extremely efficient and went above and beyond his job description to ensure that my car was properly delivered to the proper destination.

Very responsive and communicative--used them through AAA and it was seamless. Josh is a friggin' BEAST. He helped out immensely in getting my classic 1982 Mustang carefully and efficiently towed to my new house (both with insanely narrow driveways and gates to the back yard). I felt compelled to offer gratuity. A+ service. Thanks, Josh!

I can't get over how wonderful and personal these people are. Such great service. Def a 10/10. The pricing was beyond fair. Ron and Joel went above and beyond for me. They went into details about what was wrong w my Yukons brake system and even fixed something small that the last mechanic I went to messed up on for no extra charge. I will def go back to them and refer everyone I talk to... Thank you !!!

The people at Troy Auto Care put the customer first by being straight forward and fair. I stopped in last weekend to replace a front headlight and wish I could give them more than 5 stars for their willingness to explain each step of the process and cost breakdown. Very transparent and affordable. Highly recommended!

Shopping at Costco in Madison Heights, and while packing my items in the trunk, I set my purse and keys down... since I had not yet unlocked the doors, my Mini Cooper gave me a gratis "trunk lock" when I closed the trunk. Nice. I'm lucky for two things - carrying my cell phone in my pants pocket and my 5 year old gleefully still holding her newly purchased Troll toy. My roadside insurance arranged with Troy Auto to come out and get into my car. ETA - 60 minutes of wait time. I weighed the option of calling Uber, driving home for the spare and returning later in the day... I even down loaded the Uber app but as I couldn't decipher how to order the cheapest fare I decided to stick it out and wait the hour for the tow truck service. They arrived 30 minutes ahead of ETA and the friendly qualified assistant had gotten in the car in 5 minutes. Nice! Very professional and courteous.

The service & staff here "rock the town." I've had my "pony" in there stalls and she likes how they treat her, so do I. Scott is fantastic. They have a great punch card offer that can't be beat. You won't be disappointed.
