I have been here 3 times. The first time I had a great experience. The second I needed an alignment, but also needed them to look at my A/C problem. They did the alignment, but totally dismissed the other issue I had saying it was "loose motor mounts". Me being a naive girl that doesn't know squat about cars picked it up and the problem was still there. Before picking it up I gave him ideas of what it could of been, and dismissed them. So my third time, my car wouldn't start..and they told me I needed a battery. My oil light was on..my check engine.. Running hot saying I had low coolant. They said a new battery would fix all that. $130.00 later I picked up the car and low and behold.. Bells and whistles are going off as I drive away. Its like they can't do more then one issue at a time. Didn't take what I said and check it out. Told me they took it for a test drive. I checked my miles before I left. I'm a single mother, that works full time and trusted you guys to listen to me. I had to take it to another mechanic..and right off the bat he seen what I was talking about. So instead of me being without my car for one night.. I am without it for 3. The towing service is great. I'm just very disappointed. I had hoped to have found a new place to keep bringing my vehicle too.
