My car shop recommended this company to tow my car from my house to where my car shop is. The lady I spoke to name Kelley said that ETA is about 2 hours so I said it’s fine, that was 12:45 pm when I talked to her, I waited until 4 pm but nobody came, so I called them and I was on hold for more than an hour, finally a guy answers and I started explaining and without warning he put me on hold again complete with music and all at this point I was fuming and when he talked on the other line I didn’t care anymore, all he said was they were very busy, big BS! I guess they’re earning so much they just don’t care to lose one customer, I really felt disrespected and felt that they just don’t care at all. Their customer service is really bad! Bring your business somewhere else! 0 star!

I had my front Brakes and rotors replaced and they were fast efficent and the cost was a little less than I expected! Also I had something making a noise for a long time which I believed to be a loose piece of the car rattling against the exhaust and when I received my car back the rattle was gone! I would definitely recommend them.

During the recent Polar Vortex my car went dead - I called AAA and an hour later they sent out Noah Miller (Troy Auto Care) - he not only got my car started in seconds, but taught me more about why batteries die in the cold and how to stop that from happening - better still (as the car was new to me) he even showed me a few things in and around the car to help me for the future - he showed a high level of both customer communication and job knowledge and even after his stint with me in the Polar Vortex cold of the night, still made sure to check back in with me an hour later with a text - extremely excellent service from Noah Miller and his company, Troy Auto Care.

Had my car towed here after I smoked a pothole and piece of concrete on I75. Tire was blown out and the rear suspension was clunking pretty bad when I pulled off the freeway. I received a call from a tech the next morning saying they got my car and needed to order a tire, which would take 4-5 days. I mentioned the suspension and they said they would look at it. Over a week later I get a call saying the car is done, I asked about the clunking and I was told my rear end links were loose so they tightened them. I asked is the clunking gone and I was told that it was. Its worth mentioning I put heavy duty front and rear end links on this car about a month and a half prior, I know what noise a bad end link makes. The noise I was hearing after I hit the pot hole was not the same. I paid the bill and before I was even out of the parking lot I heard the suspension clunking. I went back and was told that I needed new end links. I mentioned they were new, and was told again that I need new ones. At this point I left and said I would take the car elsewhere. Soon as I got on the main road I noticed the car was pulling to the left. There was no line item listed on the receipt for an alignment, I guess I shouldn't have assumed this would be done after hitting a pothole at freeway speeds. The only thing they got right was putting the tire on the wheel and balancing it properly...they didn't even use a matching weight so now I have 1 wheel with a big weight on the lip of the wheel.

Fast, honest, reliable. Literally couldn't ask for better tow service or a more competent mechanic. 10 year+ customer, and never going anywhere else. Thanks a million guys!

I don't think I've ever had such great service at an auto shop before! I had left my car sitting at my workplace over the weekend and came in to find it dead. A light on the dash indicated that it was my electronic throttle control. Since I don't live in Troy, I had to do a quick Google search for a towing and auto repair place. These guys popped up with fantastic reviews. I called, and they were at my workplace with a flatbed in less than half an hour. They called me as soon as my car arrived at their shop. They called me about an hour and a half later letting me know that it was just my battery, and that my ETC was all good. They replaced my battery and even dropped my car back off to me at work, since I didn't have any way to pick it up. The prices are great and the service is unparalleled. Every person I talked to was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. I'll definitely be using these guys again.

I have complete trust in the folks at Troy Auto Care. We have several vehicles and they perform the service work on all of them. They always exceed my expectations and have performed work at no additional charge. I am fairly mechanically inclined, but I because of Troy Auto Care, I no longer perform my own service work. There is not much higher praise than that.
