Troy Auto & Truck Repair

I had a "raddle" in my car. I took it to the dealer they were unable to repair it. I went to Auto and Truck, they fixed it!! Gave me excellent and timely service. The people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent repair facility. Ron and Jessie are very professional and courteous. I take all my commercial (and personal) vehicles there for regular service and special needs. They are able to fix most of my issues or will recommend a specialist if warranted.

When I originally came across this company our interaction was less than perfect, but since then they have not only rectified the problem we had in the beginning, they have gone above and beyond to help me. Had Troy Auto Care respond to a AAA call when our car wouldn't start. They responded in less than 5 minutes at the scene even though we were in a safe area. Our tow guy, Rick, then diagnosed the problem AND started our car within 2 minutes! This was no ordinary problem either; it was an issue with the security systems in 2000-2003 grand am cars specifically, even though no security light was on. He saved us at least $100 diagnostic bill at the dealership! Excellent service!

BEST MECHANIC'S GARAGE EVER!!!!!! I have dealt with to many dishonest machanic's and these guys are ones you can trust.Was going to goto place right down the road "TROY AUTO REPAIR" and they tried to over charge me $300. Honest, Fast, Quality & priced right! Perfect for an un-knowledgeable car owner like me.

These guys are a joke. Called them for a tow and was told an hour to an hour and a half. I waited an hour and 45 min's and still no tow truck. Called them and got an excuse of the weather and a care less attitude. The weather was snow flurries with wet roads. You could barely blame the weather. Told me it'd be another 30 min's.
