We’ve been bringing our cars here since they opened their first shop! We can always count on getting the best customer service from the whole team!

I scheduled online an emergency roadside assistance through my insurance company “AAA” to have my car towed from my home to an auto-shop, filled out the needed information and submit the form. The towing company they have used was Troy Auto Care, a timer on the webpage was displaying the elapse time until the tow truck will show up to my address and believe it or not, the driver Travis showed up with his truck in that time frame up to the seconds. I was very pleased and impressed by the promptness and the professionalism in which they responded to the whole situation. I would recommend their service to anyone in need.

I had triple a driver Johnny pick my car up from my home deliver it to to the Troy Auto Care he called me the following day and it was unreasonable price it was like $600 it was overheating they had it back that day just in time for the holidays

I had a problem with my car and had to have it towed. A young man by the name of Josh arrived within 15 minutes of my call and was so kind and helpful, he even let me know when my car arrived at the repair shop! I highly recommend their service.
