This place does terrible work, Specially their "head mechanic" Jeremy. He is the one that worked on my truck and I spoke to on the phone... Very unprofessional. I went there to get my lifters replaced and they didn't even look to see the cam was bad so the new lifters were shot within just a few weeks. So I had someone else do the work this time around because this place wanted so much money and I was concerned they didn't do the work right the first time... They broke bolts and didn't say anything, they didn't tighten the manifold all the way down. All my dash lights started coming on and my temperature gague stopped working and it was because they didn't plug certain things back in. Bottom line, they charge way more than anywhere else for labor and do horrible work. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else... I guarantee you will find someone to do a much better job for cheaper. I did
Jessie, we're saddened to see your negative feedback but we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and being in communication with us. We understand your frustrations and are sorry that your experience was not a positive one as that is never our intention nor our regular standard of service. When you initially came into our shop we put lifters on one side and made our suggestion to proceed forward with the other side and camshaft because of the internal engine damage. We respect any decision you make with your vehicle, but we did communicate your best course of action moving forward to prevent further issues which you did not proceed with in its entirety. We want to apologize for any issues that occurred and respect any decision you feel is best for you and your vehicle and hope to earn your trust back someday if the opportunity arises. We wish you the best. Thank you.
