I really wish there was an option for 0 stars. The worst repair shop service I have ever recieved. I dropped my truck off on Wednesday, February 23 for a battery/electrictal issue. It had to be either a bad connection, bad battery or an alternator going out. The did a decent job with a fuse issue 4 days earlier so I thought I would bring it back just to have them look it over, worst mistake ever! The truck sat for 5 days with it "only being drove " to fix a ride ability problem, which I never requested. When I called on Monday, February 28 to see what was going on, they said that they put gas in it, because it was low, but the gas gauge was inaccurate and they never called to verify, but besides driving the truck around they had not really looked at the truck. Finally after a whole week they called on Wednesday, March 1 to say that they put some carb cleaner and drove it around and it drives fine. That's when for the 5th time I told them that it was not brought in for driving it was brought in for a battery issue and wasn't sure what driving the truck had to do with a battery/connection issue. When. I picked up the truck today, after claiming the issue was fixed I got home to find out that nothing is better, that truck has massive issues still starting. They never called to update me on anything, put gas in that I never approved, and caused me a massive inconvenience with having to rent vehicles to move because they wasted time repairing a simple thing, let alone it not being fixed. The worst service I have ever experienced, please do not use this location, absolutely pathetic, the only they did was put more miles on my truck Service: General repairs & maintenance

We do appreciate you bringing your concerns to us so that we are made aware and can acknowledge those concerns, then work with you in coming to a more positive resolution. With the intermittent starting problems, we found that the terminal was not making a proper connection, which we resolved free of charge. When your vehicle was brought back to us, in our presence it continued to start up without issue during the days we attempted to further resolve the issue you communicated. We do want to extend a sincere apology for the time frame and ultimately, for not being able to repair your vehicle to your satisfaction. Please know that that is never our intention nor regular standard of service as we're in the business of helping people with their vehicles and strive to always provide a positive result. We felt we did what was right both morally and financially, in not continuing to attempt to resolve a vehicle issue and running up a bill to attempt to resolve something that was not showing us negative symptoms.
