I had 4 new tires installed on my Cadillac at this location. They scuffed, and scratched 3 of my Brand new stock chrome rims while installing the tires. The installer acknowledged the mistake and said if i drop off the car for a day, they will send out my wheels to a wheel shop to get them repaired. So here i'm expecting to see the rims back to how they were before. I took a day off at work to drop off the car. When i got the car back, the scuffs, and scratches are still there. The scuffs feels a bit smoother but they are still there. So i watched the footages from my dashcams at home. It appears that they didn't sent out my wheels to a wheel repair shop. It took them about 30-40 minutes to have my car up in the air and drop the car back down. I doubt a proper job to fix all 3 wheels+ sending out the wheels to get them repaired takes 30-40 mins. The fact that the damages are still there shows that they didn't send them out. i am very disappointed by this shop. I was fooled by the good reviews. I will not come here again and will not recommend to anyone.

When mounting your tires there was some tire tube that unfortunately made its way onto the rim that should have been properly wiped down and cleaned to a higher standard. This human error was acknowledged with our team and we do appreciate you communicating with us and allowing us to better resolve our error with cleaning and polishing as there were no scratches but tire lube on the rim. Please know this is not our typical standard of service nor our intention and we do respect any future decision that is made with your vehicle. Thank you.

Never had a bad experience with Troy Auto. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else!

We have used this place twice as it was close to our home and both times, they have been very accommodating, helpful and able to meet our needs! Its hidden in the back but aside from that, great place and great people. We had some issues that needed to tend to right away with a newborn and only 1 running car and they were able to help us out every time we call, A+ service!

Fixed our work van, but checked over the work they've were supposed to do. Change Transmission fluid and filter. They didn't do it Glad I checked. Brought it to there attention. They made it right couple weeks later.
