I stopped by to get new windshield wipers before going out of town and they were happy to help and had me in and out of the shop quickly.

Jeremy at Troy Auto Care (Austin location) was excellent to work with - very clear communicator, accommodating, and did a great job. Was fair on pricing as well for some significant work (timing belt, brakes). Definitely would refer, no doubt.

Josh was very professional and courteous and towed my vehicle to a service shop for me.

I needed to diagnose an intermittent no start which troy auto care was able to no problem. they were kind and patient and were able to discuss the situation without attitude which I received at another Napa certified auto location which I will not be returning to.
