I called to have my car towed to the dealership but had a great experience when Josh arrived. I had a problem with sensor lights coming on during a long drive and was fearful of driving any further. Thought I should just take the car to the dealer. Josh explained the sensors and started the car (I was afraid to even start it up). No sensor lights! He put me at ease so I could just make an appointment to have the sensors checked out. Josh is an exceptional example of service in this post-COVID world that seems to have forgotten how to be kind to each other.

I have used Troy Auto for several years. This time I needed a ride to work so I could leave my vehicle to be worked on during the day. They shuttled me to work .. gave me fair price on the work..and have great hours for me to come back and pick up.

Best place to take your truck and trailer for maintenance :) We are always so happy with the service and customer support they offer.
