Installed the remote start i bought. Only issue is now I can't access my OBD2 connector. It's gone. Scheduled a follow up appointment. Was given a time. Checked in. With the replacement part in hand. Was told you have to leave the vehicle because we wont be able to get to it for SEVERAL HOURS. Why schedule an appointment. This is not customer service.

Excellent service all around. Needed a new battery installed in my 2016 Kia sorrento and they were out to my house in no time and installed a new battery after solving a couple problems in removing the old one…Highly recommend Troy Auto.
