The Troy Auto Care team went the extra mile. They took pictures of the parts that needed attention, taking time to explain everything to me. Rachel took time to get me in at the timing I needed to accommodate my working schedule. When I arrived, there was fresh coffee, smiling faces and I was greeted as a friend.

The team at Troy auto are very nice and quick. I was able to drop my car off and pick it up within about an hour. I had an oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off and battery check. They told me what needed attention and were not pushy about make a sale. I love coming here

AAA arranged for me to have Troy Auto Care pick up and tow my disabled vehicle this morning. The tow truck driver, Patrick, was amazing. When he called to confirm the location of the car and realized I would have to walk to that location with the car keys, he offered to swing by and pick them up so that I didn't have to go out in the cold. Took my old car in for struts, needed a sway bar and it drives like a newer car. I feel very safe in it and the best part is I know I can trust Troy Auto with any repairs. Troy Auto is extremely on the ball when it comes to checking everything in your car. I don't have to worry about a breakdown and the service is exceptional!
