Josh M. was great! He was super fast getting to me & towing my car to its destination. He communicated thoroughly as well. This was the smoothest tow I’ve had yet!

Super fast and super honest service. They called me within 5 minutes of filing a ticket and showed up to my house within 15 minutes. They tested my battery and it turns out there was nothing wrong, it just needed to be cleaned, which they did. I appreciated not being up sold on a battery I didn’t need. Will definitely call them again.

Bruce was very professional and helpful. He installed a brand new battery in my car. He advised me to keep my receipt in my glovebox. This way in case it goes before the warranty expires, I'll get a brand new battery free of charge. I am very happy to have a great running car that will always start quickly with a brand new battery. I rate Bruce's personal report card as "Over All totally Satisfied."
