Jeremy (I think) refused to rotate tires even though that is the main reason I made a whole appointment to come in here. Also, a single oil change took over 1 hour when on the phone they said 30-45 minutes. The only nice thing about this place is the clean lobby with comfortable chairs and complementary Wi-Fi and coffee. But still over all wouldn’t return or recommend.
