Very seldom do you ever get the professionalism and the courtesy of an auto mechanic such as troy auto. Troy Auto center was efficiently able to diagnose my Ford diesel, order parts and get the repair completed within a timely manner. Staying in contact 100% of the time I was fully aware of what was being completed and the approximate cost before repairs were done. I decided to send my truck here for the following reasons.. 1. Troy Auto also has a towing service so you don't need to hire it out. Their towing service was very affordable and no problems in picking up my vehicle. 2. Multiple locations ensure that if one spot's not busy, they can send it to another and have your vehicle repaired efficiently. 3. After talking on the phone, their customer service is top notch. 4. Napa parts they use are warrantied anywhere in North America. 5. Speed of which the repairs were completed, although this one is up for the time of day and generally how busy they are, my experience the speed was extremely quick.
