AAA sent out Troy Auto and Truck Center to my residence for a dead battery. AAA gave the technician the wrong number and he tried to call me several times without any luck. He arrived at my home within 15 minutes of me putting in the request. Anthony C. was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable, even though I was upset and frustrated with AAA. Anthony went above and beyond! He made sure that he answered all of my questions was very nice and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will be going to Troy Auto for all of my service needs. Anthony is an amazing person! I also want to recognize Danielle from Troy Auto. She called me to follow up and make sure everything was satisfactory with my service. She then heard about my issues with the request and went above and beyond to help! What an amazing group of people. You really don't find good people or customer service anymore, I highly recommend this company!

Dave is second to none. My family and I woke up this AM to a dead rental car. We're 700 miles from home and don't know anyone where we're staying. It's pouring rain and sleet. Dave was sent to assist via AAA. Upon seeing that the battery couldn't be charged, he personally drove me to the rental agency and provided his professional support, informing the agent that the car would need to be recovered and not just that we ran the lights too long, or something like that. He literally facilitated our ability to get back on our feet. Thank you as well to Tracy, who called my wife to make sure things were going smoothly. Because the two of you provided excellent service and follow-up communications, we're happy to recommend your recovery service to anyone.

Initially I had a not so great experience with the company. However, I have to give credit where it's due. Adam from the company reached out and turned my entire experience around. He took the time to listen to my concerns, offered a fair and satisfactory resolution, and maintained open communication throughout. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making things right, and he assured me that my car was in good hands. I called in to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, etc., and was able to get in two hours later! They took my car in right away while I waited in their quiet comfortable lounge watching tv and reading.

Derek helped me change my battery through AAA and he was great! He made sure I knew everything that was going on, did it all in a timely manner, and was happy to help. Highly recommend!!
