My wife and I caravan broke down and Troy auto came out and our driver was Derek and he was truly amazing. He did everything he could for us and made sure we had someone come pick us up. Because of him we’re going to have Troy auto & truck center do the repair. Thank you again Derek.

These guys did a really good job replacing just about every part to my 2005 Ford E150 front suspension. It's like my van is new again. It rides so smooth for a 20 year old van. I've had other repairs and oil changes here and the get it done right. I'd recommend them for their service and competitive pricing.

Great work, but a bit pricey

I had a rental car break down and Troy Auto was the tow company that came out. They were quick to arrive and even kept me updated on the time they would arrive. The tow driver Mr. Tharyn was exceptional! Polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable about vehicles and the process. His calm positive attitude really kept me sane in this frustrating process of a rental car breaking down. The drive all the way down to the airport was made better by his great attitude. Definitely a stellar employee.

So helpful, Sebastian made feel conforatable and communicated with me to make sure exactly were my disabled car was. He was vary nice and made me feel save.I was vary far away from home and the tow truck was there fast and sooner than expected. Saved the day! Thank you!

I called Onstar to have my Cadillac towed to the dealership. Troy Auto & Truck Center was the company they used. Tharyn was the tow truck driver. Trust me he was the best tow truck driver I've ever met. He was very polite and sympathetic to my situation. He was very careful loading up the car also, making sure nothing scraped the bottom of the bumpers.Tharyn made a very stressful situation turn into a very pleasant situation. Tharyn, thank you.

I used my AAA to get a tow for my car. Adam, our service technician did an incredible job being in constant communication with us during the entire tow process. He was warm and kind. 5/5 stars. Adam is terrific!
