My batteries were dead and Adam got the van started and loaded and delivered with me in tow and can’t say enough good words about your driver Adam. Too polite and just positive attitude. Something we see slipping away from our younger generations. First time ever writing a review for a driver but thought you should know 👏👏👏

This is a great shop! True mix of old school service and new tech capability!

The manager, Ivan, is always very helpful and he is knowledgeable. He has helped me for a long time (as long as he has been working at this place when it was Metro 25) and his service is always A+. I used to bring multiple cars to the shop for care, so I visited the shop often in the past. But only one car now, and I don't drive that much these days, so I visit the shop much less often now. Before I left the shop yesterday, I told Ivan that I kind of missed visiting the shop. We were both laughing. Seriously, I miss the excellent service and advice by him.

I believe this is the one of the best ever interactions between AAA and the company Troy Auto Transport. He came with the gas, still didn't start he actually came out of his pocket and bought starter spray to see if we could jump start the car and it still didn't work, so I had to get a tow this man helped me push my car to a parking spot and called me just to make sure I was OK on my walk home. He was just incredible and i salute those guys for helping out so much.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I have been with them at least 35 years and have no plans to go elsewhere.

Troy Auto & Truck Center on Stephenson helped me out with an intermittent Check Engine Light that I was experiencing on my 04 Chevy Express Van. It's a class B conversion RV and 9ft tall, but no problem for them to work on. After researching the problem, doing a series of diagnostic steps myself, and having a specific set of circumstances identified that would trigger the CEL, I was pretty convinced, though not certain, that the van just needed to have the crankshaft position sensor relearned with a professional scan tool to fix the problem. And after having the relearn procedure performed, my issue is resolved! Huge thanks to service writer, Yandura, for hearing me out about the issue I was having, about the diagnostic steps I had done myself so far, and for agreeing to have the relearn procedure performed with zero fuss. All the other shops/dealers I called either wouldn't touch the van after hearing it was an RV conversion or wouldn't agree to try the quick sensor relearn procedure that I was recommending and instead wanted to see the van and do their own diagnosis before recommending whatever they felt was necessary. It's very refreshing to find a shop that will work with the customer on getting to the bottom of a complex problem instead of telling us to drop off the vehicle and get out of the way. Again, I wasn't absolutely certain that the relearn would fix the problem, but it was a quick and easy step that I was willing to try that had successfully fixed the issue for other owners of the same make/model with the same set of symptoms. It was certainly worth trying before getting into much more complicated and involved diagnostic steps. I appreciated the willingness to try what I was asking without overcomplicating things and without arguing over scope of work and other nonsense. I had the van in for service 2 days after first talking to them, and had the van back 4 hours after dropping it off for a super reasonable price. Thanks again, Yandura. I'll for sure be back for any other issues on the van!

I took a break from my job to run out to my SUV for a moment, only to find my tire completely flat. Not good, as I was on an evening shift and it was already getting dark outside. I used OnStar which connected me with Troy Auto and Truck, and Tiana came out and put my spare on for me. She was very punctual, professional, and efficient! It only took about 45 min from call to completion, I was back to work with barely any time lost. Thanks Tiana!

Mr.Montell came to my rescue when I had a tire blow out on my SUV. He arrived promptly and put my spare tire on in a few minutes. He is a very personable young man! Thank you so much Montell!!
