We were very happy with the excellent care we received from Troy Auto Care when we were stranded with a flat tire in a grocery store parking lot! The service truck showed up right away and changed our tire and the service tech was very caring and polite! We truly appreciate what these guys have to deal with on cold snowy days with customers who are feeling very helpless and frustrated! Thank you to Troy Auto Care! You gave us service above and beyond!

The weather was pretty bad today, and I ended up with a flat tire, so I called roadside assistance. I was told that the arrival time might be delayed due to the weather, so I was a bit worried while waiting. However, they arrived in just 30 minutes and quickly replaced the tire. I really appreciated the fast and professional service
