THIS COMPANY TRULY CARES!!!!! ❤️ I was locked out of my car this morning and we could not find the keys for the life of us. AAA sent out Troy Auto & Truck Center associate Jeff C. I 1000000% recommend Jeff and this company for any situations you may find yourself in. Jeff was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, funny, and very efficient at his job! He got us into the vehicle, not leaving a single scratch or dent or anything. One of the best-if not the best-people I've had to help me through AAA. On top of Jeff and his wonderful service and help, Danyel/Danielle from Troy Auto even called me afterwards just to make sure that everything went okay and that I was happy with the experience. She was so friendly and pleasant as well as knowledgable and you could tell she truly cares whether I was happy with the service provided. This company TRULY does care, you can see it in their actions and hear it in their voices. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer of the Troy Auto for years. It's my go-to place for any issues I'm not confident to deal with. So I gave this place a lot of trust. Unfortunately it's not the case for my last simple engine oil change. I didn't find the issue until I did my oil change recently. There are 4 mounting bolts for the engine shield plate, 3 of 4 are all ripped apart from the plastic mounting holes and then only secured by a zip-tie. Now there is no way I can mount shield plate back unless I replace the whole under car shield because all the plastic mounting points are broken. If you couldn't take the shield plate off you could have taken the whole front under car shield off because those are secured by fender clip. I dont think you will treat your own car anytime in this way. I came with trust and tried to maintain my car. It ended up with more damages. It's so bad Update Feb-26-2025: I want to thank the sub foreman Grant for reaching out and taking care of the issue. I'm impressed by the sincerity and dedication from Grant to get the problem fixed with a new part replacement. IMHO the service I got this time is second to none. Thank you!

Great, knowledgeable tech writing you up. Price quoted is price your charged. Vehicle was repaired quickly. Dont try to repair things and charge you for things that dont need to be done.

This was one the most understanding and efficient services I have ever experienced. From top management down to the shop crew, everyone was pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend everyone go here if you are experiencing car troubles!

Not my favorite experience with an auto repair shop. Wish I had gone to my usual guys. Note: this shop has a higher than average hourly rate: $160/hr. Keep that in mind if you're on a budget. Easy fixes should be brought elsewhere for a much cheaper rate. I didn't go to my usual guys this time because they were honest with me when I called on a Friday morning about getting my car repaired that day. Said they were too busy to assure me of such a thing. Called this place and was enthusiasticly encouraged to bring my car in asap so that it could be worked on that day. So that's what I did. Brought it in round noon and they never got to it. That dishonesty cost me a lot of money cause I had to get a rental for the whole weekend. I called at 4pm on Monday and was told that my car was next, but still not being worked on. 45 minutes later I got a call saying my car was done, easy fix, battery cables replaced, $220. The part cost $10 and the larbor cost $200. I was shocked to hear that a fix which took under an hour was charged as $200 in labor. When I challenged this the cost was brought down to $176, which is still over an hour and dishonest. Also, I was charged for two new battery cables but upon inspecting my battery only one of the cables is new. The other cable looks to be the original but buffed and cleaned. Overall, I don't feel this place is very honest. I really don't understand the lying to get me in the door when the place is obviously doing well and busy with customers. I wish they had my best interest in mind rather than profit and business. That's what makes a really good shop. 3 stars cause I still have so much respect for mechanics and the hard work they put in. Thanks for getting my baby back on the road.

The Troy Auto Care team went the extra mile. They took pictures of the parts that needed attention, taking time to explain everything to me. Rachel took time to get me in at the timing I needed to accommodate my working schedule. When I arrived, there was fresh coffee, smiling faces and I was greeted as a friend.
