John, your feedback is important to us and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to us so that we may address your situation. We want to extend a sincere apology if you felt we were trying to be deceptive in our process of providing you with a quote, as that is never our intention and for that, we're very sorry. When you arrived in our shop and we provided you with the quote. After declining to have us work on your vehicle after viewing the quote, the work order was then cancelled out. You returned to our shop wanting the printed quote, which we agreed to again work up once finished pulling in another customer's vehicle. When our service advisor came back to provide this to you, you had unfortunately already left our shop. We would appreciate the opportunity in sending this over to you, if you'd still like to view it. Please call the shop and provide your email address and we'd be happy to send this quote over to you if that's more convenient for you.
