I had been referred to this place from Troy Auto Care, Premier Drive @Troy. I called in for an appointment and Ivan was able to schedule it within 24 hrs timeframe. Took my Sedan for brakes service. Service was professional and Front Desk was very accommodating. Ken Cagle kept me engaging on status of the service as I sat in a corner and was working. Yes! They have a beautiful Customer lounge and facility to connect to Wifi and do our business. I still have to verify the pricing since it was little high than the market rate. But, overall the Service was professionally executed within the said time. In my 2 hours window, I could see Customers walking out with a happy face and gratitude for their Service. My friend called them to tow his broken down vehicle. When they arrived, they discriminated against him, and left him with his unusable vehicle on the side of the road. Extremely ride and unprofessional. Do NOT suggest. Please take your business elsewhere.
