Bruce was very professional and helpful. He installed a brand new battery in my car. He advised me to keep my receipt in my glovebox. This way in case it goes before the warranty expires, I'll get a brand new battery free of charge. I am very happy to have a great running car that will always start quickly with a brand new battery. I rate Bruce's personal report card as "Over All totally Satisfied."
