The company dispatched a technician from Troy Auto Care arrived promptly and was incredibly professional. Upon arrival, the technician quickly assessed the situation and got to work changing the tire with impressive speed and efficiency. It was evident that they were skilled at what they do, which put me at ease during the whole process. Overall, my experience with Troy Auto Care was fantastic, and I highly recommend their roadside assistance service. They made a stressful situation much more manageable!

About as enjoyable an experience as auto repair can get. I checked in. My vehicle was diagnosed. The problem was fixed, and I was on my way. Perhaps, the best review a customer can give is return service. I would definitely bring my vehicle back to Troy Auto. I appreciate the comfortable chairs in the waiting room.
