Troy Auto did a great job replacing the battery on my 2019 Jaguar XE. I was reluctant about taking it someplace other than the Jaguar Dealership, as I've always done for the past 6 years, but I was very pleased with the job Troy Auto did. I plan to use them again in the future.

We were very happy with the excellent care we received from Troy Auto Care when we were stranded with a flat tire in a grocery store parking lot! The service truck showed up right away and changed our tire and the service tech was very caring and polite! We truly appreciate what these guys have to deal with on cold snowy days with customers who are feeling very helpless and frustrated! Thank you to Troy Auto Care! They’re the Best Ever and They take your Medical Seriously I’ll always Recommend them to anyone , it was a Blessing for me to Meet Mama Tracy on the phone and she kept her word by checking on me and Madison is also the Best Female worker I ever met that took care of me by taking me to Wendy’s to grab a bite to eat and I bought her whatever she wanted to eat… Thank y'all for Being a Huge Help to me … May God Bless You All!!!!
