Troy Auto Care truly cares about your well-being and safety on the road. Once again another outstanding service performed on my vehicle by Jeremy. When you drive a 24-year-old minivan you have to have the best mechanics working on it. I trust him with my life. I could never imagine having anyone else service my vehicle. They treat you like family the minute you walk through the door. Thank you Jenny for always being so kind caring and considerate.

I took my truck in to get the AC fix and the brakes checked. I dropped it off at 8am when they open and by 10am my truck was done. My AC was fixed and the tech checked my brakes and told me they were good. I respect a business that doesn't fix things if they are still good and the price was good for the AC repair. I will be returning for any other repairs on my truck.

The air conditioning decided to not work in my husband's truck right before the dreaded heat wave. I called Troy auto care and made an appointment, and they got me in the next business day. When I tell you that they took care of me, that's not even saying enough. Dave was my service advisor and I literally will only go here from now on. He was so understanding and took such good care of me . It's really rare in this day and age to have such a great experience, especially with a car repair. If you are even slightly considering coming to this shop, do yourself a favor and just come here. I go to one of their other locations with a regular vehicle, and I just could not be happier with this entire company overall. I can't confirm or deny that I cried a little bit when I left. This could have been a make it or break it moment for me, and you guys absolutely killed it! Thank you isn't even enough. My little dog even loves them too!

Alyas did a wonderful job helping me when I was locked out of my car last Thursday. I wanted to call his boss but he asked me to send a review. This young man is a hard worker, very respectful, and does his work. He should get a raise.

I Love going to Auto Care 2 for my car repairs. They are efficient and courteous.

I just left this shop and am very happy with my service. I called Friday about my ac and they booked me for Monday at 10am. I went in and they charged approximately 35% of the quote I received elsewhere. They had it fixed in under an hour and the ac was on, on my way home. They were fast, friendly, and affordable. I would definitely go back to them the next time I have an issue.
