The person that came by to tow my truck immediately said the car couldn’t be put into neutral and denied the request. Didn’t try whatsoever. I put it in neutral minutes after he left, tried reaching out to him to come back out and he didn’t not help. Very unhelpful company, they don’t care about their customers. Stay away from this place
