First of all, Rachel in the office is wonderful. The car got in a little past the appointment time, but was still finished by the end of the day. The check engine light came on, was read, was fixed without any major issues. The mechanic did a wonderful job. Thanks so much for you good work and trust. Your team is great.

I used roadside through AAA. Tharyn fixed my flat for me. He was awesome! Fast, friendly, personable and good guy. If the other guys are as good as tharyn, they’ve got a great crew! On a side note…AAA’s app needs work for it to find your exact location.

Jimmy did an awesome job. He arrived promptly, worked quickly and replaced the battery very quickly. He was a great guy to talk to. The price was reasonable and it saved me from having to go elsewhere to get the battery replaced. Good job!!!

The person that came by to tow my truck immediately said the car couldn’t be put into neutral and denied the request. Didn’t try whatsoever. I put it in neutral minutes after he left, tried reaching out to him to come back out and he didn’t not help. Very unhelpful company, they don’t care about their customers. Stay away from this place

TATC driver Dan just towed my car to my house and went above and beyond what I have experienced in the past with other truck companies.
