I've had multiple car issues due to my car being over 20 years old. They have always been incredibly nice and do an amazing job making sure my vehicle is fixed properly. They are affordable and thorough. Would recommend them to anyone!!

Young Lady that manages this location is an Asset for your company. I have had service on two different vehicles at this location and am a repeat customer.

Tiana was extremely helpful after I locked my keys in my car. She was there in 5 minutes and had the car unlocked in 30 seconds. I couldn’t believe how quick the response time was. Great service!

On Christmas Eve Cameron could not have been nicer in helping me when my car battery died. I had a car full of Christmas presents and I was so worried I wasn’t gonna have my car home in time, it died far from my house, to have my toddlers open gifts on Christmas. He was so kind and ran a test on my battery after fixing the issue to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Definitely lifted our spirits and his positive attitude will be remembered instead of a crappy situation.

I had the “luck” to use Troy Auto towing services….twice this week. I used Onstar to set up the road service and I honestly believe I was lucky to be assigned to Troy. From now on I will always ask specifically for Troy Auto Road Service. A special shout out to the three “ rescue techs” that assisted me: Exemplary Customer Service as well as competent/efficient service: Madison, Adam, Theron.

Evon always takes care of me!! He has been serving my family and myself for over 20 years. Always upfront and honest about what's going on. Wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else. Also, getting to know the other staff members.
