OnStar connected me to Chevy service when I discovered my 2024 Chevy Equinox had a flat tire. My address is hard to find (new development). The technician (I think his name was Alex) was earlier than promised. He took my temporal spare from trunk, added inflation in his truck, brought it back and changed the tire in less than 5 minutes. He put the old tire in back, wished me well, and left. What a positive experience! It was direct billed through OnStar, so I don’t know what it cost, but I was delighted with the service.
