Troy Auto & Truck Repair

A technician from Troy Auto & Truck Center in Troy, Michigan responded to my AAA road service request yesterday (4/23/2025) and changed a flat tire for me. The Troy Auto & Truck Center technician's name is Montel. Troy Auto and Truck Center responded promptly to my AAA request. Montel did an excellent job and is a great ambassador for both Troy Auto & Truck Service and AAA. Both Montel and Troy Auto & Truck Center deserve recognition for the service, but I was unable to complete AAA's survey because my cell phone does not have the technological capability to complete the survey as it was texted to me. I was intending to give Montel and Troy Auto & Truck Service the highest marks on the AAA survey, if I could have completed the survey, which I could not. Both Montel and Troy Auto & Truck Service deserve the highest form of recognition and compensation for their services that AAA can provide.

My car literally wouldn't be running if not for this place. They've done more than the dealership and other shops for my car, with fairer prices. Best in the business.

AAA sent out Troy Auto and Truck Center to my residence for a dead battery. AAA gave the technician the wrong number and he tried to call me several times without any luck. He arrived at my home within 15 minutes of me putting in the request. Anthony C. was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable, even though I was upset and frustrated with AAA. Anthony went above and beyond! He made sure that he answered all of my questions was very nice and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will be going to Troy Auto for all of my service needs. Anthony is an amazing person! I also want to recognize Danielle from Troy Auto. She called me to follow up and make sure everything was satisfactory with my service. She then heard about my issues with the request and went above and beyond to help! What an amazing group of people. You really don't find good people or customer service anymore, I highly recommend this company!
