Great service. I have found them to be very honest and fair with all of work done. They have forthcoming with what items were safety issues and what work could wait, plus what to expect in the future. I cant say enough good things!!

There some people in your life you just need to be able to trust. If you know as little about cars as I do, your mechanic is near the top of that list. The guys at Metro 25 Troy give me the straight story. No unnecessary up-selling, no maintenance BS, no fear tactics. In fact they will advise against getting something done if it really isn't worth it. And this isn't coming from some Sunday driver. I drive around 20k a year. My car has 160k on the odometer and it's still running great thanks to the crew here. In short, you can trust these guys to take care of you.

Visiting from out of state for work and my battery died during the polar freeze. I had my battery replaced by them through a AAA call. They saw it through after a small issue and resolved a bad battery clamp as well. I will have them on my phone as my go to when in MI.

They are also thorough. Their loyalty card is great also! I will drive 30 min just to get my service done here every time.
