Great honest team of hard working gentleman. Been going there for years and they make it work it every time.

The shop is ver trustworthy and did great work with my car. Previous places I have taken the car into have had trouble with my specific brakes, but the shop not only handled the repair well, they listened to all of my concerns and history with the vehicle. I will be coming back here for as long I live in the area.

Today I had my second service at Troy Auto Care. I had the alternator changed a couple of months ago and they did a great job. Today I had the battery replaced. While changing the battery, they noticed a tire was low, diagnosed the problem, and made the repair. I will definitely be coming back! I've also had them come to the house to jump my car. Each time the technician was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I had a problem with my car and needed a tow (so I thought). I called AAA and these guys were sent out. Zach was here on time and instead of just towing my car to the dealership, took the time to ask me what was wrong. He felt it was most likely an electrical/battery issue rather than the throttle control switch which was the warning light that had been displayed. He called the battery and electrical guy that came and checked things out. Being part of AAA was quite nice because the battery replacement was the only thing that was out of pocket. Could I have saved a couple bucks going and getting the battery and changing it myself? Possibly...but time is money and these guys did NOT waste my time. Friendly service, reliable work. I was happy. Thanks to AAA too!

I took my vehicle in for a second opinion when I didn't feel comfortable with a dealerships inspection of work needed on it. Not only was some of the work not needed but I was being severly overcharged. Will drive from Ypsi area to get my work done from now on. Scott was very professional and they did a great job of making sure my needs were well taken care of.

I found this shop based on it being recommended by AAA. Wow! These guys are impressive. Everyone that works there seems to have a sense of urgency. It's a small place, but it looks like they do a ton of business. Hours of operation are ridiculously generous. My problem was diagnosed, and solved quickly, 2 hours, and it came with a 3 year warranty. It was half the cost of getting it done at the Honda dealership. Highly recommend!!

Been waiting 3 hours for a tow best of luck if using this company I sure AAA will enjoy the feedback as well

Awesome! Had my flat tire fixed and put back on my truck in less then 15 minutes. It's a little hard to find but we'll worth it.

This place is amazing!! My wife’s Jeep was having some issues and we took it here. You could tell they were busy but Scott was really cool, took the keys and said he would figure out what’s going on. Not even a couple of hours later he gave me a call with good news and we got the jeep same day! He found the best solution that was really price efficient. I’ve tried my share of auto places that just want to rack up your bill on unnecessary fixes, but this place is not one of them. You can tell they are genuine and want to help you with your car troubles. Thanks Scott, you and your crew are awesome!

My battery died so I called AAA. They sent Troy Auto Care to assist me. The technician Jessie B was very polite and professional, he explained the entire process to me before proceeding. Shortly after he replaced my battery, explained my warranty, and thanked me for my business. It was a great and seamless event. If I have any future car issues I will definitely go see them!
