excellent service, very honest customer service. I had taken my vehicle to a transmission shop near by and after the 5th time they told me that they were going to take a look at it, i said screw it, u guys just keep giving me the runaround and got my car towed to Troy Auto Care. Honestly couldnt have asked for better service, they diagnosed the problem the next day, and by the time i was out of work my car was ready to be picked up, and drives great. Would highly recommend Troy Auto Care !

We needed to have my daughters car towed to our home after an accident. We called our insurance and they selected Troy Auto Care to come out with a flat bed and pick it up in Warren. Within one hour the driver arrived. He was so nice, and super funny. Made a hectic day much better. We appreciated the prompt response and the nice driver.:) I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Troy Auto Care for several years now. We've had everything from transmissions, brakes and A/C systems worked on, along with regular tune-ups and getting new tires. They are awesome! The technician Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, as well as the 2 owners, Frank & Donnie. We have complete confidence in them when we leave our cars there. They are always timely in getting our services done and getting our car back on the road as soon as possible. They have exceptional customer service - very responsive! We highly recommend them!

I get nervous when I bring my cars in anywhere. Im going to say this, if there is a more honest and customer service oriented auto care buisness in Detroit metro I havent found it. jeremy the mech, told me the way it was and what I needed. Thats what I wanted. The truth. My two sons were home on leave from the military and I needed my front end struts done like quick. Troy Autocare saved me. The cost was lowest around and the expertise was the best. I just cant say enough good about Donnie the owner and jeremy and the rest of the guys there. This dispatcher was awesome cool! Looks like an air traffic control center in the dispatch room. While I was waiting the dispatcher took the time to show me what they do everyday,,all day. very happy

I had to get a tow during the terrible storm this week. I called aaa and they sent troy auto care. While it took a long time to get a tow due to the weather, Jake made sure my husband and I as well as our car made it safely to our destination despite the flooding. We are so thankful they helped us to safety.

Arctic Vortex. Today was likely the biggest day for the roadside services industry in a decade and my insurance provider was ready when I called at 7am with a dead battery. I got a text message shortly thereafter confirming a 3:30 appt with a driver from Troy Auto Care and was only slightly disappointed they no called/no showed. I called Troy Auto for an update and was assured they would be by at 4:30. Another no call/no show at 4:30 and follow up call led to another scheduling commitment for 5:30. I was on the phone with their dispatcher at 6 when I missed a called from their driver trying to confirm I still needed the jump. The dispatcher refused to provide any status whatsoever and when I called back with the info from the voicemail, the dispatcher confirmed he was in route but wouldn't provide an ETA. At 6:30, I called and the dispatcher let me know the driver had cleared the service request without completing it and that I needed to contact roadside assistance to reschedule. Another service provider thank fully had me up and running 1.5 hours later. I would not count on Troy Auto Care to deliver on their commitments.
