Troy Auto & Truck Repair

Well, I most admit that I barely get pleased with the auto service. Am not lying but this is the firs time ever I am well beyond satisfied as a customer from the auto service. They did fabulous job at the most reasonable cost and time they took half the time other auto service claimed to perform that service. I loved everything. I will definitely recommend this place specially if you live around Troy. They even drop you home and pick after its fixed!! Thanks Dan!

My husband's truck's battery died. I called AAA and they sent someone from this shop. Brian tested the battery, they noticed the battery was bad (which is interesting because we had another shop replace the battery last year..shame). He was very polite and nice. Once the truck worked, I took it to the shop. When I walked in, I was greeted with a warm temperature (it's cold and January), free wi-fi and laptops, coffee, water, and an extremely polite young man at the desk. He called me man, smiled, introduced himself, and even shook my hand. He couldn't have been older than 17. Come to find out, he is the owner's son! They quickly replaced my battery and windshield wipers and I was out of the shop in 35 minutes. I'll definitely bring my husband's truck again for future service!

Recently needed car fixed there. When I asked for a detailed estimate via email, (there were a lot of things that needed repair) They say they would email it to me but never did. They even asked for an email address when I dropped off the car. In addition, I did not get a call after dropping my car off for 4 days. I know they can be busy, how about a call to say "hey, We havent gotten to your car yet but we will. We are a little backed up" I had to call to find out that they didnt get to it yet after 4 days. When the estimate finally came out a WEEK later, it was more than what the car is worth. Now that is not their issue. It just happens that my car needed a lot of work. However, when I asked them if I could just get the absolutely vital repairs done so I can drive the vehicle and not break the bank, they said the would call me back to let me know. They never did. This review is critiquing their customer service. Not the actual repair work. They do good work. I used them before. But after this experience I looked elsewhere. I found another repair shop that got my car up and running with 1/3 of the cost and I am very happy with that. If you read all of this, I thank you and my hats off to you. I am a working father, writing reviews is the least important thing on my to do list. But I felt so strongly about this that I have to get this off my chest and give this information for others to consider.

These people are a rare find. They do what they say they will when they say they will. I was amazed with their honesty and straight forward work ethic. If you need automotive work in the Troy Michigan area check them out first. They are the best.
