Troy Auto & Truck Repair

This place is the best. I've taken my vehicle there a few times and the repairs are well done and incredibly affordable. I RECOMMEND them to everyone who dreads having to worry about the cost of vehicle repairs. There's a reason why they win BEST OF!

On 1/9/2018, at 6:11 am I called my Allstate roadside assistant to request a tow truck to change a flat tire on my car. The representative took my request and texted me with an estimated ETA of 8:08 from Troy Auto Care. At approximately 8:30 am I called Troy Auto Care and spoke to Tony (I believe that was the name). He stated "I'm waiting for my 8:00 drivers to get in and get their trucks ready, then you are 5th on the list. Should be about an hour. Someone will call you when they are on their way." At 10:20 am I called and spoke to Tony AGAIN and was told "you have been assigned to Bruce. He has a couple of car batteries calls and then he will call you when he's on his way, probably about an hour." At 11:00 am I received a call from Bruce stating he would be at my location in about 10 minutes. He arrived at 11:11 am, was friendly, helpful and very courteous. When talking to Bruce I told him that I had been waiting for 5 hours and he was SHOCKED! He stated that he had been dispatched my call only about an hour earlier. Needless to say I'm upset! I have called my Allstate agent, told him the story and requested they don't do business with Troy Auto Care again.

Had my car fixed today, 1966 mustang that suddenly won't start. Tried jumping it but no effect. I know nothing about cars so I decided to call Troy Auto Care which has some good reviews. My car was towed by Mike who got in my place 30 mins prior to ETA, very professional and really knows what he's doing. Car service was great and honest. My car just needed a new battery cable. They are not gonna try to rip you off, I highly recommend this auto. I will bring my other cars here for any service from now on.

I had a a noise coming from my car. Donny inspected my car, explained everything to me, and fixed the car for an amazing price. The turn around time was outstanding. Donny also informed me the place that changed my rotors and break pads (Midas) used low quality materials. After I explained my horrible experience with Midas, Donny told me what he could do for me and it was 1/2 the price of what Midas charged. I highly recommend this place and Donny has earned my business for as long as I own a car.

This place is awesome. The prices are affordable, the service quality is great, and they never keep you waiting. The staff update you the entire time and are extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I had a very good experience. I had air conditional recharged. They quoted price over the phone and told me the appointment time. I arrived and they did the work and charge the amount quoted. The young lady at the desk was very nice too.
