Ive been taking my vehicles here for about 10 years, the mechanics are honest and the whole staff is always very helpful. Their prices are fair but as a single woman with a long commute to and from work, I dont mind paying a little more with them instead of finding the cheapest place because I trust my vehicle with them and it gives me the reassurance I need to drive a safe car. I’ve referred them to several people and they have all had the same experience. Thanks for everything!!

Unfortunately, Troy auto care is subscribed to AAA‘s roadside service program. AAA sends out a dispatch they are the first ones to pick up the call and the last ones to be able to provide the service. They take calls that they cannot fulfill and create lies to tell AAA that they were unable to fulfill it due to the customer rather than their own negligence. They call with problems and can’t find solutions. As the experts, I don’t know why they’re asking me how they could tow a car and a certain way.They are by far the worst towing company I’ve had the displeasure of working with.
