I came in for a brake job turns out it was somthing thatcwS worked in another time I was in the garage . It was just outside the warranty. It was brought to my home sfter it was done due to not having transportation. Good people.

I have been a customer of Troy Auto for 13 years. I have never had an issue, my car problems are solved and most importantly, they are HONEST!! Being a widow I am not afraid that I will be taken advantage of by someone telling me I need repairs that are unnecessary. Jeremy Fitzler is the best mechanic I have ever encountered. He will advise you as to what needs to be done, if it needs to be done immediately and what can wait a few weeks.

Quickly serviced the issue we had with our vehicle. Great group to work with. I have been using Troy Auto for years with work and personal vehicles and they always do a outstanding job.

Used their towing service through AAA, the tow driver misdelivered the vehicle to a different address, after some calles the tow driver dropped the vehicle off at the gas pump (took an hour which should have took 15 mins). We asked if he could drop it off NEAR the garage and not IN the garage, told us "no, we are bad people" and drove off. He seemed like he was in a hurry and upset for not doing the job right the first time. Thank you, for letting us push the vehicle to the garage. Dispatch helped us and in additon great customer service, tow truck driver (i was informed was a trainee) definitely needs a snickers bar. Update: customer service/ dispatcher followed up with me and she smoothed things over. Used their towing service in the past with no issues, one time incident.
