Installed the remote start i bought. Only issue is now I can't access my OBD2 connector. It's gone.

Installed the remote start i bought. Only issue is now I can't access my OBD2 connector. It's gone. Scheduled a follow up appointment. Was given a time. Checked in. With the replacement part in hand. Was told you have to leave the vehicle because we wont be able to get to it for SEVERAL HOURS. Why schedule an appointment. This is not customer service.

Thought it was a transmission issue but it was not . Fixed the drive train and the car runs like new. This is the most reliable and honest car repair shop. They always fix what's broken, or tell you what needs to be fixed and they do a fantastic job.

Timely service

Ive been taking my vehicles here for about 10 years, the mechanics are honest and the whole staff is always very helpful. Their prices are fair but as a single woman with a long commute to and from work, I dont mind paying a little more with them instead of finding the cheapest place because I trust my vehicle with them and it gives me the reassurance I need to drive a safe car.
