Troy Auto & Truck Repair

I requested battery service through AAA this evening and I was blown away by Troy Auto Care. The technician Derek was incredibly prompt and friendly as well as diligent in assuring my car was good to start. To top it off, I received a follow-up call from Cynthia to assure my experience was satisfactory. Her genuine warmth and care was definitely felt on the other side of the phone. Bravo!

Rachel is a Rock Star. She is always upbeat and knows her stuff. I trust the work that the team does on my vehicles. I know I get the job done right at the best price. They even take the time to evaluate people's vehicles without charging a fee. I am moving out of the area but will continue to bring my vehicles there. I highly recommend.
