Three things stood out to me: 1. Very friendly/easy to work with over-the-phone or in person, even if I didn't understand the technical jargon 2. Never had to come back because of faulty workmanship 3. Fair pricing and prompt service; I've been consistently happy with them over the past 5 or 6 years that I've been going to Metro25. I've had oil changes, exhaust repairs, plus brakes and tires on a couple different cars.

Great service done fast, honest staff and overall an amazing experience at a time that should have been dreadful. I had a issue with my truck and had tried two other 'shops' and the only results were a dent in my wallet at three days wasted. At my wits end and a few hundred dollars less in my pocket I went to metro-25 on a recommendation from a friend. They got me in and out quickly. They checked the alignment and found it indeed was fine and discovered I had two bad tires that pulled to the right. They put the two bad tires on the back and in the end there was no charge which made me feel guilty because it seems everyone else just wants money with or without results. They even discovered a oil leak I plan on having them resolve. I am amazed at their honesty and generosity and there is no price I could pay for service like that. What they have done for me is priceless and made me a new customer.
