Whenever I have car problems I don't even think of bringing my vehicle anywhere else but Metro 25. Scott and the rest of the crew always make sure that everything is taken care of. Their customer service is top notch, they never leave me stranded. Along with the great service is the great prices they provide. Great customer service all around and never any issues! I used the oil change card promo they have and also has other great money saver options on it along w the great oil change deals! Also they let me know if any other issues w my cars and write up price quotes so I have a idea of what is wrong w my car and they never pressure me into anything which I appreciate! He will do whatever it takes to make sure I'm highly satisfied. Discrimination

Three things stood out to me: 1. Very friendly/easy to work with over-the-phone or in person, even if I didn't understand the technical jargon 2. Never had to come back because of faulty workmanship 3. Willingness to hook me up with little discounts here and there because I've been a long term customer, which makes me come back again, and again!

There are no issues here. Wonderful customer service. Everybody here is honest and straight up with you THE WAY MECHANICS SHOULD BE. They use high quality parts and they include a great warranty. They stand behind their work. I would recommend this place to anybody. If you need an oil change or to the more expensive job, I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here. EDIT: Also their Metro25 card which only costs $60 is an amazing value.
