They took 2 weeks Diagnosing a problem They told me it was the transmission control module. And charged $1500. I drove the vehicle home And when I got there a did not start up with that I called metro 25 And they said that they would look at it when they get a chance. I then left a badd review that they asked me to take down in exchange for fixing my vehicle which was supposed to already have been done. They said they switched a few minor things on the starter and they had no problems with the vehicle and gave it back to me. With in the next 2 days my transmission was switching exactly the same way it was before I brought it in and was consistently getting worse. I brought it to a another shop the transmission control module was fine never needed to be replaced it was my ECM board That needed to be clean Now my car is running fine. Please don't bring your car to metro 25
Jackie, we are sorry you feel this way about our shop. Your vehicle needed to be towed in to our shop because it would not shift, and our technicians serviced your vehicle accordingly. We back all of our work with a great nationwide warranty, and are always happy to work with you if you are not completely satisfied with a repair. However, the issue you experienced with your starter was not in relation to the work we previously did. We value our customers, and if there is ever a situation where you are not completely satisfied, we ask that you give us a call in order to come to a positive resolution.
