There some people in your life you just need to be able to trust. If you know as little about cars as I do, your mechanic is near the top of that list. The guys at Metro 25 Troy give me the straight story. No unnecessary up-selling, no maintenance BS, no fear tactics. In fact they will advise against getting something done if it really isn't worth it. And this isn't coming from some Sunday driver. I drive around 20k a year. My car has 160k on the odometer and it's still running great thanks to the crew here. In short, you can trust these guys to take care of you.

Visiting from out of state for work and my battery died during the polar freeze. I had my battery replaced by them through a AAA call. They saw it through after a small issue and resolved a bad battery clamp as well. I will have them on my phone as my go to when in MI.

Today I had my second service at Troy Auto Care. I had the alternator changed a couple of months ago and they did a great job. Today I had the battery replaced. While changing the battery, they noticed a tire was low, diagnosed the problem, and made the repair. I will definitely be coming back! I've also had them come to the house to jump my car. Each time the technician was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I had a problem with my car and needed a tow (so I thought). I called AAA and these guys were sent out. Zach was here on time and instead of just towing my car to the dealership, took the time to ask me what was wrong. He felt it was most likely an electrical/battery issue rather than the throttle control switch which was the warning light that had been displayed. He called the battery and electrical guy that came and checked things out. Being part of AAA was quite nice because the battery replacement was the only thing that was out of pocket. Could I have saved a couple bucks going and getting the battery and changing it myself? Possibly...but time is money and these guys did NOT waste my time. Friendly service, reliable work. I was happy. Thanks to AAA too!

I found this shop based on it being recommended by AAA. Wow! These guys are impressive. Everyone that works there seems to have a sense of urgency. It's a small place, but it looks like they do a ton of business. Hours of operation are ridiculously generous. My problem was diagnosed, and solved quickly, 2 hours, and it came with a 3 year warranty. It was half the cost of getting it done at the Honda dealership. Highly recommend!!

Awesome! Had my flat tire fixed and put back on my truck in less then 15 minutes. It's a little hard to find but we'll worth it.

My battery died so I called AAA. They sent Troy Auto Care to assist me. The technician Jessie B was very polite and professional, he explained the entire process to me before proceeding. Shortly after he replaced my battery, explained my warranty, and thanked me for my business. It was a great and seamless event. If I have any future car issues I will definitely go see them!

If you need a tow, don't call anyone else!! Troy Auto Care is a first-rate operation. Efficient, friendly, competitively priced and they get the job done. My vehicle "died" in prime time commuter traffic on Rochester Rd. at Long Lake. After a google search, I called 3 towing places, none of whom would accept credit cards. One of those 3 actually recommended Troy Auto Care. The minute "Mike" answered the phone, he took care of the situation. 20 minutes later, their driver, Mike Partynski showed up and loaded my Camry on a flatbed at warp speed and delivered my car to Brian our expert mechanic in Rochester Hills. Dropped my car at this shop and I was told that they are gonna fix the rear shocks issue in a few hours I went home and they committed that they are gonna call me as soon as it's fixed Never got a call back. I waited for a few hours and decided to call them but my call was routed to ivr because the repair shop was closed Next day I went to the repair shop and politely asked why they didn't give me a call back after my car was fixed. I was shocked when "christe" named lady said "do you want us to take off all the parts we've installed on your car" That moment I was in complete shock and It was embarrassing I would never recommend anyone to visit this shop That attitude was racist She had a bad bad attitude If I have the option I would rate them in negative instead of 1 star
