I've been going here for years and had great service until my last visit. When you receive a quote the bill should be near the amount quoted, but instead it was almost twice the amount quoted without any further notice given (we are talking hundreds not small dollars). To top it off they insisted on charging a 50$ overnight delivery charge for a part that took a week to ship. I will not be back. Good luck with the newer technician Ivan, he will lie right to your face.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience. However, we did need to get the fuse box assembly directly from GM. Unfortunately, this caused price changes and delivery delays that were out of our control. We do value your loyalty to our shop and would like the opportunity to come to a positive resolution.
