On February 28th of 2020 I received a tow from Troy Auto Care through AAA for my disabled vehicle. Everything went fine, but after they dropped my vehicle off I noticed that my tailgate was severely scratched. I bought this truck new so I know my vehicle front to back, and this scratch was really noticeable. So I put in a claim with AAA and they claim that they received video from Trot Auto Care that showed they did not damage my vehicle. I asked AAA for the video and they said they couldn't share it with me and that I should contact Troy Auto. So I did, and they absolutely refused to share the video with me. I called AAA back to let them know that Troy Auto Care refused to give me the video. I will follow up to let you guys know how this issue is resolved, but as far as this company is concerned beware when dealing with them I feel they are very dishonest, and untruthful. If they did nothing wrong why wont they share the video of what they did? I think they sent AAA a video that was not my truck. If the video showed that they didn't damage my truck I would accept that, but their refusal to share the video further lets me know that there was foul play. I hope this review helps you when deciding to do business with this company. ......And, no they didn't follow the procedure from AAA. According to AAA it is POLICY that the tow company release the video to me upon request Troy Auto Care has not released the video to me. A company with integrity would release the video. If you have nothing to hide be honest. Like I said this is not a closed matter I still have an case open with AAA. Their policy is that you release the video to me, they were surprised to hear that you declined to send it to me. I will see what you sent them, and if the video shows that my tailgate was not damaged after your service then fine I am mistaken, and I apologize. When I think about it there were no cameras on the driver. Maybe there was one I didn't see. Show me a video of my vehicle not being damaged, and I will let this situation rest, but you won't because I don't think you sent video of my vehicle.
