I'll sing auto cares praises..we have brought many vehicals (5) in for repairs and have always gotton honest...efficient...and helpful service..once on a minor issue we weren't charged....you cant find service that compares with any other shop...my family drives a long distance because they trust their staff....thanks again!!!

I have been here 3 times. The first time I had a great experience. The second I needed an alignment, but also needed them to look at my A/C problem. They did the alignment, but totally dismissed the other issue I had saying it was "loose motor mounts". Me being a naive girl that doesn't know squat about cars picked it up and the problem was still there. Before picking it up I gave him ideas of what it could of been, and dismissed them. So my third time, my car wouldn't start..and they told me I needed a battery. My oil light was on..my check engine.. Running hot saying I had low coolant. They said a new battery would fix all that. $130.00 later I picked up the car and low and behold.. Bells and whistles are going off as I drive away. Its like they can't do more then one issue at a time. Didn't take what I said and check it out. Told me they took it for a test drive. I checked my miles before I left. I'm a single mother, that works full time and trusted you guys to listen to me. I had to take it to another mechanic..and right off the bat he seen what I was talking about. So instead of me being without my car for one night.. I am without it for 3. The towing service is great. I'm just very disappointed. I had hoped to have found a new place to keep bringing my vehicle too.

My battery died the other day and I had to wait a bit with a hungry toddler.... Noah Miller showed up and greeted us both with a smile. GENUINE kindness and care. He interacted with my 3 year old son, while getting the job done as quickly as possible. What an absolute gem of an employee. Loved my experience. Thank you Noah!!! 😊😊

I had a vehicle towed by Troy Auto Care on 10/2/2018. The Troy Auto Care tow truck driver was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and concerned for the safety of his customers/passengers. The driver was conscientious, and careful with my vehicle. The Troy Auto Care tow truck was a clean, quiet, later model flatbed, with proper lighting for safety. I considered my Troy Auto Care towing charges a bit steep, so I called Troy Auto Care the next morning (10/3/2018). I spoke to Dale who was also courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and answered my questions quickly and throughly. It was explained to me that Troy Auto Care charges $6/mile for customers utilizing their AAA membership, (for overage miles beyond what AAA covers) yet charges $4/mile for customers not utilizing AAA membership benefits. I appreciate the assistance and professionalism of the Troy Auto Care employees I dealt directly with, but I do not appreciate the discriminatory pricing policies set forth by the proprietor of Troy Auto Care.
