Daniel, a top priority of ours is the safety of our staff. In this situation, our team member did not feel safe due to the aggressive nature of the individual being serviced. In order to maintain a safe environment for all parties, we did offer to tow the vehicle but declined to provide a ride for the customer. Unfortunately, the customer did not agree to this, so ultimately, we declined service to keep our driver safe.
