They couldn’t fix my dad’s car then returned it with a huge dent in the trunk and the door. Looks like someone kicked the door. 🤬

Lisa, when your father initially brought the vehicle in, we found that rodents had eaten up the wire harness along with many other issues. We explained to him that we, as well as the dealerships, were unable to find the parts to repair his older vehicle. The vehicle was then left in our lot for 8 months because your father wanted to donate it to the local fire department for training. When we called him to collect the title for the fire department, he said he no longer wanted to donate it, so we towed the car back to him. We do have cameras, and can confirm there was no damage done to the vehicle over the last 8 months by us or anyone else in our lot. This place has honest mechanics, reasonable prices, and if I still lived in Michigan I would use them for all my automotive needs. I fixed up a Windstar and they took care of replacing a fuel pump, checked the AC, installed an aftermarket side view mirror (that I had ordered from Amazon), and did a full maintenance for whatever else it needed - before I shipped the car out of state. All prices were great compared to a local Ford Repair center at a dealer. I called around and had other quotes for the same repairs (from Ford dealers) and they were all higher. On top of the great price and service, they were typically also faster to get the repair done. When they are busy, you may need to wait a few days to schedule, but that varies. Also, they have promotions on scheduled oil changes if you do them on certain days - you would need to inquire. They recently opened up at a new location, so I can only imagine that will help them handle additional customers.

Our cars back tire messed up on 1-75 and Triple AAA sent Troy Auto Care to come tow us. It was the best experience. A man came to our rescue and towed us a whole 45 mins earlier than the estimated timeframe.
