It used to be good. But now they overcharge for parts between 40% to 55% in comparison to online shops with free delivery, which is absurd. The last time I was there, they broke one of my tire pressure sensors while they were changing the tires and asked me to pay for a replacement. The price was 80$; really!? Almost twice as expensive as the most expensive pressure sensor out there (OEM part). By the way, the quotes over the phone are considerably different than the price you will be charged there. (295$ -> 365$, brakes and rotors replacement without any complications)
Sina, we apologize for any misunderstanding there may have been. We looked back in our records and do not have any invoices for a tire pressure sensor. We do have an invoice for $80 which was for the tire change. The quote you receive over the phone is the standard pricing for the service, and can differ from the actual cost of the repair once we are able to inspect your vehicle. However, we do provide information regarding what needs to be done and verify any pricing with you prior to the service. We would like the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. Please give us a call and ask for Scott. (248) 528-3819
