Very friendly staff, who are down to earth. I was having a bad day, before my appointment. They fixed my tire, and also made me smile. Best repair shop, in the city!!!

I gave them my Promaster van 2 weeks ago and told them to diagnose my engine and told them not to worry about really anything else as it is a fleet vehicle and needed to be put back into service. After 2 week he told me he diagnosed everything but the engine and wanted more money to diagnose what was actually wrong with the vehicle. And he told me that he wanted to speak with someone who knows what they are doing. Very unprofessional

I love Troy Auto care! They're trustworthy, give you value for your money, and get the job done well. I don't have to keep going back to get a problem fixed or feel like they didn't help me. I have recommended them to everyone I know and they love Troy Auto too. They definitely outshine their competition and their advantage is their trustworthiness and price. You don't feel like you're going to a shady auto shop to be swindled. If I have any car issues I don't have to hesitate to go there bc they will also tell me if I don't have a problem. I love their Saturday oil change special as well! With the special price you don't have to skip any oil changes; you can keep going to get them on time because they charge a good price. Happy, returning customers that recommend more customers are more valuable in the long run.

PLEASE READ This place is pretty much only good for an oil change. Do not bring your BMW here! I mean even when they did the oil change on mine they didn't even reset the meter but This review is about my car that they could not fix even 1% of. My trunk was locked shut and I think I was having a battery issue (in the trunk) but they couldn't even figure out how to get into the trunk! They had my car for 24 hours and the next day I had to leave work early because it was getting dropped off to the dealership at 5:30. I ended up having to have it towed 25 minutes to the Erhard Bloomfield Hills dealership. Long story short I was waiting until seven and the dealership had already closed. Kaitlyn told me they had picked up the car 10 minutes before I called to check up at 5:56 but when I called dispatch they said he was still trying to get the car onto the tow truck because he couldn't figure out how to get it into neutral. By the time they got there at 7 PM I was the last person at the dealership and all the people had gone home. I was stuck waiting for an Uber in my cold nonfunctional car. While I was in my car AND THIS IS THE FUCKED UP PART I discovered that they put the center paneling which they brought up over my auxiliary cord and I didn't know why they had even brought that up let alone have enough sense to put it back how they found it. Also in the backseat the paneling to get into the trunk wasn't put on and I had to snap it into place. On the outside of the car it looked like they're dirty fucking hands left smudges everywhere on my car(probably from doing so many oil changes all day) . THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING WITH BMWS Absolutely the worst service

We have been taking our vehicles here for several years. In that time we've come for routine maintenance and all of our repairs. Wheel bearings, tie rod ends, brakes, alternator, battery, fuel pump,axle replacement and engine cradle replacement. The folks here are great to deal with, they remember their customers like family and have been honest. Trust is the biggest factor in where we do business. We also always support local shops, preferring to stay away from big chains. Happy to say that we are customer with Auto and Truck Repair, so long as we are residents of the area.

First time here and will be back based on my experience. Had some noise and chatter coming from the front end. With 108000 miles on my Malibu, I was thinking big suspension issues. Was told they would check it out no charge (not $50 now and we’ll apply it to the bill). They set me up for text messages so I could track the progress. Minutes later, tech came out and said front pads were down to the pins. Poor job from the previous place I went to, because these brakes weren’t that old. Said he could bang the job out in an hour, took him 45 minutes. Price was very competitive. Car runs great! Felt well taken care of.

My mechanic gave me these guys phone number. He said to call & set up the tow when it would be convenient for me to meet them. They were great! They called to inform me when they were enjoying route & met me right on time. They even transferred the towing charges over to my mechanic & it was added on final bill.

Friendly, trustworthy, good service.

I left my car at the convenient key drop after hours and received a text first thing in the morning that my vehicle was being inspected! I was kept advised all morning by text and email about the mess I left their mechanic with. Before noon the check engine light, oil change, bad brakes and low tire pressure were all corrected and my car was ready for pick up. Great service, reasonable and honest price with a very friendly staff. I will use Troy Auto Care again
