I've been using Troy auto care for many years, for all of the vehicles my family and I have had over the years. I feel like they treat me like family and I trust them emplicily! They always give me honest opinions and never overcharge or do unneccessary repairs. They are always warm and welcoming with refreshments, and other amenities to make the wait more pleasant. Great Service

Update: Score down from a 5 star to a 1 star due to them not properly addressing the problem. Tire had a leak, took it in, was told it was a sensor issue and they replaced that also saying the leak would be fixed. Tire was still losing air. Brought it in a few days later to have them find the culprit; a nail. Upon calling and asking for a refund from the unnecessary sensor/valve stem fix I was then told I must have picked up a nail on my way home from the shop and they would not refund. Do not go to this place. Service: Tires
