My service tech Faris was awesome. Arrived promptly for my AAA assistance. Faris was very courteous and personable. Got the job done quickly and was happy to help. Some of the best service I've had in a long time. Would definitely recommend Troy Auto Care.

I was driving in from out of town when I noticed a burning rubber smell coming from my car. It was the only auto shop willing to fit me in the next morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The mechanic gave it a full inspection. He didn’t find anything broken and said I could have kicked something up on the exhaust due to the construction. I drove 3 hours home the next day with peace of mind that my car was running safe.

It was good. Got the job done!

These men are literal angels on earth. My car started making a horrible noise on a Friday afternoon. I immediately took it to the Volkswagen dealership and although they had the parts in stock, they told me they couldn’t do the work until Monday. I found out about Troy Auto Care through a family friend, called them, and was assured they could do the work if I could bring the parts. I got there at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and left with a fixed car at 5:45. The service was fantastic, the waiting room was clean and had nicely organized games and coloring books for my two kids, and the people could not have been nicer. I feel a lucky I found them and they took such good care of me!

Josh M was great. He was quick, courteous and very mindful of safety. This was an unusual situation for me. Which I had assessed as much worse than it actually was. Josh was instrumental in putting me at ease and saw that. I was safely where I needed to be thanks again. 10*s +

Josh M. was great! He was super fast getting to me & towing my car to its destination. He communicated thoroughly as well. This was the smoothest tow I’ve had yet!
