They go above and beyond in providing quality service. During covid times their help to drop off the car after repair was something I will be thankful for. And the drop of service was free!!! These are the only people in the business who will give you an honest answer and only do what you need done, not what they want to sell. If you are looking for people to trust wholeheartedly 100% these are your mechanics!!! The front tire of my son's car was smoking. We figured it was a brake issue - like a stuck pad - even though the brakes are newer. Troy Auto showed up quickly, towed it and unstuck the pad for FREE! We haven't been used to such honesty in this industry...SO refreshing! We live about 45 minutes away but will travel for car service for sure. Thanks for the unexpectedly fantastic experience.
