I called Troy because my van broke down 1 mile from their shop, they tow, and they do transmissions. They came quickly. They very kindly didn't charge me for towing. They diagnosed my problem quickly. They set proper expectations about cost, timeline, and potential snags. I would use them again, although I do have sticker shock at the cost of repairs.

AAA never sent me anything to leave a review so I'm hoping I have the right business. Was told anywhere from 45-1.5 hours for a tow. Ferris called me maybe 10 minutes later to say he'd just gotten my info and he'd be there soon which was about another 10 Minutes. He was friendly and professional, took care of my car. The original time I was slated to get picked up I had already gotten the car towed, drove to the shop and was back home. I've had AWFUL tow drivers from AAA before and spent hours waiting, Next time I'll request this place for sure.
