Josh M was such a great guy! He was communicative, helpful, and so kind! He got my flat off without me needing a tow. It was so quick and so helpful. I had 3 other people come and look at my car saying i would need to rip off my rim because of how stripped the bolts were. Josh chuckled and said he could get them off and HE DID!!!! He saved my week because I don't know how i was gonna get to work tomorrow without my car. I am so grateful for him. He made my week.

Anthony helped me a great deal with towing my car and making sure i had sage transportation home!

My experience with Troy Auto since I've been bringing my car there for the past 4 or 5 years has always been good. Everyone there is friendly, accommodating and they don't try to get more money out of me uneccessarily like other places did. Evan is super helpful too and explains everything well. I will be coming back very soon to get a couple more things taken care of on my car. Keep up the great work, everyone.
