I’m a driving instructor in Leeds and live very close to your branch in Halton Ls15. Had to visit your garage twice as vw is too far away and you need to make an appointment well in advance. Once I needed to visit as I had excess oil and the second time a coolant issue. Spoke with Pete on both occasions. Both dealt with immediately, replaced my coolant and even filled it for me. Drained my oil with no fuss even when the garage was busy! Was back on the road in no time to carry out my lessons I just walked in on both occasions with no appointment made. Great customer service and a very friendly/ helpful approach from Pete. Brilliant service which doesn’t happen that often anymore. Regards Darren
